Some carpet help

On a recent Monday there was an oppurtunity to go and help Elektriteater. They needed to lay down some new carpets for the cinema. It was at a time I had many free lessons in a row, so I could go.
For the first hour or so, I was the only voluntary worker, besides the full-time cinema employees. We started by moving the cinema screen out of the way, then we had to clear the room in order to move the carpet into place. We moved all the heavy theatre chairs and the podiums under the chairs to one side of the room, also clearing the room from other stuff like random boxes and brooms, moved a cupboard and rolled the sound cables together. Then we had to carry the big rolls of black carpets up the stairs. We also moved the film projector. Waiting for the professional carpet man, we also started to prepare the offices by clearing them of unneeded stuff like old chandeliers and tables.
It turned out so that I ended up doing some quite heavy lifting leaving my muscles sore for some days ( because I'm not that much of a lifter, you know). I was very happy to help as always.
I think that as I was working collaborately in a volunteer group, this would fit the best under CAS learning outcome number 5.
