Starting from this school year I no longer go to badminton practices. So, instead, I have taken my goal to do personal fitness activities. As I am a bit intimidated by gyms and they also feel like too big of a commitment, I decided to do fitness at home. I have found a mobile application that has a training schedule. Its idea is a challenge to exercise as many days in a row as possible, which I am not as good at, but I try. I have now done these exercises for almost two months and I do feel that I am better in things like plank and pushups than I was two months ago, which feels good. In any case, I will continue with this training.
